MICKLETHWAITE John Barbara and family wish to thank all who have sent cards and letters of condolence and who attended the Service of Thanksgiving for John's life. We have been surrounded with love and have taken much comfort in the knowledge that he was loved and respected by so many people. Our thanks too, for the generous donations to Diabetes UK.
